Meet Our Team

Tara Brown

With over 30 years of experience in the pension industry, Tara has built Millennium Pension Services from the ground up, establishing a company founded on trust, expertise, and genuine care for her clients. She specializes in plan design, administration, and consulting, always prioritizing strong relationships and personalized service.

Tara holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She earned her Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). Tara is also an active member of several professional organizations.

Her dedication to her clients and the meaningful relationships she has cultivated over the years remain at the heart of her work.

Nick Brown

Nicholas has been involved in the pension industry since the age of 16. His journey began when his mother founded Millennium Pension Services—taking a leap of faith when Nicholas was just 11 years old. Inspired by her vision, he began volunteering at an early age, seeing it as both a valuable opportunity and a way to carry on her legacy.

Over the years, Nicholas has played a key role in driving new business and shaping the company’s future. He holds a degree in Finance and later pursued an Executive Juris Doctor (EJD), bringing a strong foundation in mathematics, strategic thinking, and professional networking to his work.

Outside the office, Nicholas enjoys maintaining a well-rounded lifestyle through activities such as going to the gym, practicing yoga, playing poker, spending time at the beach, fishing and going to Santa Anita and Del Mar Racetracks .

Lucas Brown

Born and raised in Pasadena, Lucas Brown joined Millennium Pension Consultants in 2024 after graduating from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Passionate about continuing the family legacy, Lucas works alongside his mother, Tara, and older brother, Nick, with a strong commitment to growing the organization and supporting clients in achieving their goals.

Lucas is actively involved in local Chamber of Commerce events and values the opportunity to network and represent Millennium in the community. He currently contributes to the firm’s management department, where he continues to develop his leadership and operational skills.

Outside of work, Lucas is an avid deep-sea fisherman and enjoys spending time on the ocean. On weekends, you’ll most likely find him fishing or surfing along the coast.

Roma Roosjen

Roma holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and Advising and brings several years of experience across both the non-profit and private sectors, with a strong focus on public relations. Her exceptional interpersonal skills and extensive networking abilities ensure that clients receive objective information and reliable support as they build their relationship with Millennium.

Elizabet Zavala

Elizabet serves as Millennium’s Retirement Plan Documents Manager and brings over 13 years of industry experience to the role. She is a credentialed member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), holding the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation. Elizabet is a graduate of the University of California, Davis.

Her background includes extensive customer service experience across a variety of sectors, including community services and the entertainment industry. At Millennium, her primary responsibilities include managing plan installations and terminations, ensuring a smooth and compliant process for clients.

Outside of work, Elizabet enjoys collecting rare and nostalgic items. She also treasures time spent with her husband, three cats, and two dogs.

Hannah Han

Hannah joined Millennium Pension Services in March 2017 as an in-house Pension Actuary. She brings over 15 years of actuarial experience in the pension industry and is an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA as well as a Member of the Society of Pension Actuaries (MSPA).

In 2004, Hannah was honored with the Martin Rosenberg Academic Achievement Award, presented by the ASPPA Pension Education and Research Foundation. Her experience spans both public and private sector pension plans, including traditional defined benefit plans, cash balance plans, post-retirement benefit plans, and 401(k) plans. She has worked with a wide range of plan sizes—from single-participant arrangements to large plans serving thousands of participants.
